I was assured that my new condo was ready for occupancy on July 29. I went for a pre-delivery inspection at noon on the 25th, only to find that the builder had confused me for another purchaser and hadn't yet started the finishing on my unit... and I had already given notice to you folks!

It meant a lot to me to be able to stay at the Minto building, especially in the same apartment. Living in two cities makes life hectic at the best of times, and to be given such a quick and easy solution to my 'homeless' problem was a big relief. Thank you so much for your help.

I have been a tenant at your building for about 4 months. It has been a comfortable stay at a very well run facility. I am thankful that I don't have to find some place else for the next couple of months, because I can't imagine there could be a place out there that is as accommodating.
